Heart, Mind & Soul's Shabbaton is unlike any you've ever experienced! It's a weekend full of fun and excitement. You'll have a chance to meet teens and young adults from across the area. You'll participate in workshops designed to help you increase your self-awareness and happiness and motivate you toward the life you'd like to create for yourself!
Our high school/college programs are open to Jewish teens and young adults, ages 14 to 21, and our college-only programs are open to young adults, ages 18 to 23. (We now have adult programs too.) To see when our next program is taking place, check our list of upcoming events.
If you're interested in applying, visit our registration page to get started.
The application deadline for each event is one week prior to the program date and applications will be accepted on a first-come first-served basis. Please note that attendance is limited to 18 first-time participants and a number of recent events were full, so please apply early!
Costs and Fees
All meals, snacks, lodging, and all Shabbaton activities are included in the Heart, Mind & Soul fee. A space can be reserved with a non-refundable deposit. Payment in full is due one week prior to the program.
Scholarships are awarded from the Heart, Mind & Soul Scholarship Fund based on financial need. To apply for a scholarship or to inquire about alternate payment plans, please fill out a request form.
Transportation
The cost of transportation is not included in the Shabbaton fee, and transportation arrangements are the responsibility of each participant. As a courtesy, the Heart, Mind & Soul transportation coordinator contacts each participant (and a parent or guardian, if relevant) prior to the Shabbaton to assist him or her in making appropriate arrangements.
